he Adtive Leaning Trust ICT TECHNICIAN Circa £20,000 pa & travel costs. Full Time. Permanent. Ely- based role with regular local travel. The Active Leaning Trust is a multi-academy Trust of twenty- one schools across the Cambridgeshire & Suffolk areas. We have a vision to enable our schools to deliver high levels of achievement for all our pupils We are looking to fill a new role with the Trust as our central team ICT Technician. Based at our central offices in the Isle of Ely Primary School you will travel to offer flexible support to other sites in our Cambridgeshire family of schools. You will: Ensure we have a fully operational network infrastructure at assigned schools and the central Trust. Support devices such as computers, laptops, projectors, tablets and other ICT equipment or systems Provide first-line technical support and fixes. This is an opportunity to use your skills to- ·Install software·Install and repair hardware . Provide help with Microsoft Software including Office The successful candidate will be willing to undertake travel and so hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle This is a vital and interesting role at a time of development for the Trust and one in which you can play a key part in the support of effective ICT systems to assist our staff in schools and to contribute to the benefit of all our pupils.
